Satellite Vu is a high-growth space tech company focused on high resolution thermal data from space, an innovative solution to address global sustainability challenges and contribute to SDG 7. Satellite vu uses high resolution thermal data to monitor the Earth and assess and determine insights, such as the energy intensity of a building or a city. Satellite Vu’s technology contributes particularly to Target 7.3  as energy leakage is a considerable issue for buildings and using infrared can ensure structures that are energy inefficient are identified. Once this is done, action can be taken to increase energy efficiency.
